As a global business who partners with some of the worlds leading organisations, they are growing out their European presence by recruiting a talented EMEA Marketing Specialist / Manager

**(Contract from Jan 2023 and Perm from Q2 2023)**

This position is responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of impactful marketing initiatives across the EMEA Region exc DACH. This role reports into the Senior Marketing Manager EMEA and will include building, executing and managing variouspan-EMEA marketing campaigns, in partnership with both third party vendors, internal stakeholders and other marketing team members to increase lead generation and drive business outcomes
- Working with the EMEA Demand Gen team, support the formulation and execution of the Region campaign strategy, go-to-market plans, content requirements, contact acquisition strategy, and budget allocations that drive results
- Develop and implement marketing plans, create innovative initiatives and campaigns.
- Define the target audience and its preferences, needs, and challenges.
- Synchronize with sales teams (Inside Sales & Account Executives) to ensure clarity of communication, actions and reporting of monthly campaigns
- Collaborate with the other core EMEA Marketing functions - Digital/Web, Content/PR, Alliances/Partners to support the quarterly go-to-market plans
- Prepare marketing reports and analyses.
- Work collaboratively with the wider EMEA team and US Marketing teams.
- Occasional travel required.
- Own regional administration processes, including internal/external communications, vendor liaison, marketing budget, lead uploads, weekly reports etc

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Strong B2B Marketing experience
- Experience in executing small marketing projects or supporting larger marketing campaigns that create brand awareness and generate in-bound leads
- Knowledge of Marketing CRM, analytics and automation tools (such as: Salesforce, Google Analytics, Pardot or Eloqua, Hubspot)
- Seeking a proactive, dynamic, results oriented, customer focused individual with a warm personality and good interpersonal skills
