Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Campaign Specialist EMEA to join our team in London

**Job Summary**:
Key components of the role are documenting and communicating campaign tasks, and coordinating multiple marketing functions in the delivery of larger campaigns. The Campaign Specialist will act in a supporting role to the Marketing Deployment Manager to enable multiple campaigns to be deployed efficiently, with clear communication to all stakeholders.

The role will support the full portfolio of Wyndham brands, including Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Wyndham Rewards.

**Complexity**:
The activities of the Campaign Specialist EMEA will have an impact on the company’s promotions success. This role requires the ability to undertake multiple projects and campaigns working in conjunction with external agencies, the US teams, the wider EMEA team and the international franchisee community and delivering upon key measurables linked to revenue and membership.

**Scope/Financial Responsibility**:
This role is responsible for supporting campaign deployment across multiple brands and markets. This individual will handle and implement activities that are designed to increase central reservation contribution and overall gross room revenue on time and to budget delivering ROI.

This role requires implementation of internal and external communications to deliver the commercial needs of the business. This entails execution of marketing plans, creation of marketing/data briefs and collateral, working with the legal team where appropriate, ensuring creative adherence, programme testing, communicating and engaging with our partners and with our franchisees for participation in promotions.

**Experience/Certificates/Education**:

- Degree qualified, ideally within a marketing or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- CIM qualified desired
- Previous experience in Digital Marketing
- Previous experience in a marketing role desired ideally within the travel/hospitality sector
- Experience in delivering promotions/initiatives across the EMEA market
- Experience in liaising with external agencies
- Fluency in verbal and written English is essential. Additional business level language skills in German, Turkish or Arabic would be an advantage.
- Excellent computer skills
