We are hiring for a Technical Lead to join us permanently from either our Chiswick or Milton Keynes office on a hybrid basis.

You will report in to the Head of Application Management where you will be responsible for Strategic direction, build, operational delivery and improvements to our DevOps capabilities, environments and Pipelines. Improving our SDLC process with CI\CD, defining and promoting best practice combining our development, support and security practices.

About You- Experience in supporting and driving a DevOps culture and building out capability- Experience with CI\CD, microservices, infrastructure as a code, monitoring\logging, containerisation & automation.- Experience line managing technical staff- Demonstrable experience of working in cloud (AZURE/AWS), IaaS, PaaS and SaaS environments- Proven track record of working with stakeholders in large, complex organizations.- Ability to listen and navigate competing sets of priorities, business opportunities, and challenges
