**What You Need to Know**
**We are looking for a Service Project Coordinator **to join our highly respected and experienced team, based at Beacon Park, Great Yarmouth.**

You will assist our Service Project Engineers within the team, along with supporting the wider service team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your coordination skills in a fast paced role which puts the client and customer service at the forefront or what we do.

**Some of the Key Accountabilities** (includes, but not limited to the following:

- Assist with preparation work packs and working instructions
- Ensure that project deadlines/requirements are achieved for all aspects of the contract which they have been tasked with (delivery of the equipment and documentation).
- Advise the Service Project Manager/Project Engineers of any potential areas of risk that could result in an overrun of material costs or man hours.
- Co-ordinate the various interrelated processes of a project. Manage the implementation of all the activities described within the scope. Update on a regular basis and communicate any changes to key project personnel and clients.
- Ensure that the project scope is agreed by the client and is clearly defined and understood. Resolve, client specification discrepancies with the relevant Engineers.
- Promote effective communication between the team members, internal departments, suppliers and clients.
- Focal point for controlling client owned equipment on AX12
- Assist with AX12 administration such as quotations, raising job numbers and maintenance orders.
- Chase and Expedite client quotations
- Chase opportunities and update the Service Project Manager or Account Manager
- Assist with travel and visas, if required.
- Ensure that all project documentation has been produced in accordance with the agreed project SDRL.
- Proactive Component Obsolescence management. Working with the technical team to come up with new solutions.
- Record, file timesheets, expenses, work packs and any other paperwork that is required from the service team
- Attend service meetings with updates of current projects
- Assist with arranging Shipping documentation including Dangerous Goods (Shipping including PE Forms, ATEX Forms, PUWER, Cargo Summary, Delivery Tickets, Doc Packs).
- Manage Equipment / Test Kit - on/off hire and preparation for project.
- Raise jobs and relevant paperwork once awarded the work
- Generate reporting for Service Project Manager/Project Engineers
- Assisting administration for the Service Technician Lead
- Part of the on-call Rota

**Qualifications**
**Education**
Required
- Good standard of education, to include GCSE 9-5 (or equivalent) English & Mathematics.

Preferred
- Engineering qualification at degree (BEng) level or equivalent.

**Skills and Experience**
Essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
- Ability to interface with internal/external Customers.
- Ability to respond to demands of a high and varied workload.
- Ability to interface with internal and external customers.
- Organized with excellent co-ordination/prioritization skills.
- Flexible with a proactive approach.
- Proven experience of coordinating

**Preferred**
- Oil and Gas Industry experience or skills gained which are transferable.
- Knowledge of Subsea and/or PLC control systems.
- Knowledge of AX12, PDM and SDRL
