Our luxury automotive client based in Crewe have an exciting opportunity for an accomplished
**Supply Chain Planner with specific experience in the onboarding of new suppliers and implementation of new supply chains** to join them for an initial contract until year end with scope for extension.

**Location**: Crewe (Hybrid)

**Rate**: Outside IR35 Available on a PAYE or LTD Company

**Knowledge & Experience Required**:

- Supply chain project experience (implementing new supply chains)
- Onboarding new suppliers / New supplier introduction
- Supply chain, logistics project coordination
- Experience in delivering logístical solutions
- Experience in supply chain development
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Packaging design, packaging concepts experience a bonus

**The Role & Key Responsibilities**

The Supply Chain Planning Coordinator will join the team based in Crewe - the world's first Carbon Neutral Automotive site

Reporting to the Functional Manager - Logistics Planning, the Supply Chain Planning Coordinator will support the development and delivery of the most efficient, effective and flexible supply chain solutions to deliver production requirements in line with production volumes. The role requires supplier development support to define operational delivery and production continuity.

This position will also be responsible for supporting development and maintenance of inbound supply chains from supplier nominations to material presentation line side and must conform to business/Group guidelines. The role also requires the use of project management and solution innovations to support all product and business requirements within a cross functional team.

Importantly this is about the implementation of new suppliers that have already been secured by the buying function, so someone who has experience of this next stage of the process in particular is important.
