We are recruiting a Transport Coordinator to join our client based in Eye, Suffolk.

£25,000 - £29,000 per annum

Duties include:

- Liaising with customers with orders and queries
- Coordinating and planning of routes
- Ordering materials for collection
- Collation of daily running sheets and tickets to prepare for invoicing
- Dealing directly with drivers and supporting them in their role
- Monitoring debt and debt collection
- Dealing with repair and maintenance of the vehicles and upkeep of equipment
- Assisting the Transport Manager of his duties as required, general office duties.

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. There can be slight flexibility on start and finish time.
- Transport experience
- Experience in the planning and routing of vehicles
- Excellent IT skills
- Highly organised and self-sufficient but able to work as a team
- To have a good geographical knowledge of East Anglia
