My client, a company who offer bespoke services to businesses, are recruiting for an Administrative Accounts Assistant to come on board and join their team in Croydon.

**Description**

**Key responsibilities are**:

- Sending quotations / contracts to clients and following up within a sensible time frame
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Arranging outbound courier deliveries and managing all incoming post and distributing
- Operational tasks including scanning, filing, archiving, photocopying, binding, data input etc
- Issuing purchase orders
- Any other ad hoc activities as and when required

**Profile**
- Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills
- Familiar with Accounts
- Excellent communication skills
- Energy, 'can do' attitude', outgoing and willing to learn approach
