Supervisor for Luxury Private Members Club

We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to join a team at our client’s luxury serviced office complex and private business members club in Central London. The club features luxury meeting rooms, private office suites, and high-end receptions.

You will be responsible for the running of the club on a day-to-day basis, being the first point of contact for the clients and always ensuring the spaces are set up to the highest standard. You will need to be an all-rounder and multitasking individual, comfortable greeting high-profile individuals, answering phone calls, offering refreshments and table service, setting up meeting rooms, and addressing any issues that might arise.

You will be the face of the club, personally welcoming visitors, and ensuring an outstanding experience throughout their time within the club. You will be friendly and solve issues efficiently, you will want to go the extra mile and make sure everyone is happy. You will make members feel at home and encourage a friendly, collaborative working environment for all.

This role is based in Central London, and working hours are Monday and Friday, 9am-6pm, and Tuesday-Thursday, 11am-8pm.

**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Traditional receptionist, barista and server duties
- Setting up the meeting rooms and reception areas
- Taking stock lists
- Assist events team with private events
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:

- Prior experience in a similar role or from a hospitality background, either working in hotels, restaurants or something similar
- Well-polished and well-presented
- Naturally customer-focussed and service-orientated
- A happy, personable, and friendly disposition
- Self-motivated, unflappable, and solution-focused
- High attention to detail
- Energetic and passionate
- Hardworking and driven to exceed expectations
- Flexible in approach to duties and happy to ‘muck in’ where required
- Fluent in English - in both written and spoken
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Excellent checkable reference

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
