About Us:
my client is a well established private members club with locations in London's most prestigious areas. I'm looking for a Club Supervisor for either the Fulham or Knightsbridge site. The club is renowned for offering an exclusive environment and exceptional service, our club provides a haven for members to relax, socialise, and enjoy top-tier hospitality.
The Role:
I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced Club Supervisor to join our team. As a Club Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the club and delivering an exceptional experience for members. You will lead a team of dedicated staff, uphold high standards, and ensure that every aspect of the club is run to perfection.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the club, ensuring efficient and seamless service.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service in line with the club's high-end standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as club policies.
  • Manage member inquiries, bookings, and events, ensuring a personalised and premium experience.
  • Address and resolve any issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate with management to continuously improve service and operational processes.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring the club is always well-prepared and fully stocked.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-end establishment, such as a private members club, premium pub, or upscale restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on delivering a luxury experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating an exceptional member experience.
