**The demand for wellness and fitness solutions is here to stay.**
Our bodies, which were born to move, are now sitting in cars, offices, and restaurants. What used to be natural, like walking, running, and breathing, is compromised by over-convenience on one hand and too much stress on the other.
**But taking care of our bodies is not the only reason why people want to stay active**.
Some enjoy the competitive aspects of fitness. They want to be better than others and better than themselves, enjoying the thrill of winning. For others, exercise has social benefits—fitting in a new environment, connecting with others, and finding love. While motivation can change with age or life circumstances, what remains permanent is the way sports reflect our identity. I think of myself as a runner, a yogi, a swimmer.
**With such a growing need and a long list of motivations, it's surprising that this billions-dollar market does not have a leader.**
**Perhaps it's because you can get by, by selling dreams**
In this very forgiving market, people tend to blame themselves, not the product, for failing to commit. Companies realize it's all about the sales funnel. If they can promise quick wins, painless gains, and magic, people will pay. So why bother investing in the product?
**Or maybe it's because users are looking for magic solutions?**
We've gotten used to paying a premium for convenience. We pay a bit more to Amazon for immediate satisfaction. We use Uber to have food delivered to our doorstep. When we pay for a fitness app, all we can imagine is our future selves in a fitting outfit. The hard work required to achieve that is often overlooked.
To takes over the category will design a **proactive** **companion** that will be there for **every user**, **every day,** through every challenge, ensuring that being active becomes something they never give up on.
**Head of Brand**
Welltech is hiring a senior leader who will bring our story to life and position Welltech as the leading partner for fitness and wellness needs. Knowing that the need is there but no one leads the narrative yet, we are tasking this leader with the fascinating mission of establishing Welltech as the go-to brand for app-based exercising.
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Head of Brand to lead our brand strategy and elevate our presence in the global market. This role is pivotal in shaping the voice, identity, and overall brand experience of our fitness mobile apps. You will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand resonates with our diverse, global audience.
**Responsibilities**
Key Responsibilities:
- ** Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision and business objectives.**
- Be a storyteller. Imagine Welltech’s unique tone of voice and make the company known by the content and stories it brings to life
- ** Lead the creation of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.**
- ** Oversee the development and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and user engagement.**
- ** Collaborate with product development teams to ensure brand consistency within our mobile apps.**
- ** Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.**
- ** Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.**
- ** Oversee the brand's digital presence, including website, social media, and content marketing strategies.**
- ** Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.**
- ** Track and report on brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.**
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in building a successful, engaging brand from scratch in the DTC space for US-based consumers.
- Successfully took a brand to global recognition, implementing appropriate cultural adjustments to ensure the brand's success in various regions
- ** Experience leading brand strategy, marketing, or a related role in an innovative/growing industry**
- ** Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that had a measurable impact on the company’s growth trajectory.**
- ** Strong leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring a lean & agile team.**
- ** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.**
- ** Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.**
