Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Business Support Officer.

To provide efficient and high-quality administrative support to Lewisham Safeguarding Children Partnership (LSCP), Executive Board and task/sub groups.
- To be responsible for and provide secretariat support to the Executive Partnership, the Partnership Chair ,Safeguarding Children Partnership, and its task/sub groups, including preparing agendas, circulating papers and drafting comprehensive high quality minutes to agreed deadlines.
- To establish appropriate administrative procedures and systems for the Board and task/sub groups, monitoring the effectiveness of them, making changes where appropriate.
- To coordinate and administer events, annual conferences, forum meetings, appointments for the Chair and training courses provided on behalf of the Safeguarding Partnership, including producing and maintaining mailing lists, circulating publicity, processing enrolments, booking training rooms, liaising with trainers, following up on evaluations, producing agendas and minutes, etc.

Hybrid working arrangements with a minimum attendance at the office x2 per week.

Person Specification

Excellent organisational and time management skills - including the ability to manage several tasks at once and prioritise work in order to meet deadlines.
Well-established oral communication skills - including the ability to speak clearly and confidently to a range of different people and to adjust communication style depending on context and audience
Well-established written communication skills - including the ability to draft clear and concise documents, including agendas, minutes and write messages.
Experience of working in a healthcare, social care, local authority or similar environment
Experience of organising meetings, preparing agendas and writing comprehensive summarised minutes during the course of the meeting.
Experience of developing and maintaining accurate record-keeping and administrative procedures and systems
Experience of working flexibly in support of a busy team of people in an administrative setting
