**Warehouse Administrator**

I am currently recruiting for a well established client in Wednesbury who are looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator

**Responsible for all administration tasks for upholstery customer deliveries. From booking in deliveries with customers, booking deliveries and collections of stock into the warehouse.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Confidently working with Excel to import delivery manifests
- Excellent customer service levels when contacting customers to arrange delivery of their orders
- Monitor and update upholstery trackers
- Producing labels and manifests for upholstery orders
- Maintain Stock location logs for upholstery items in the warehouse
- Booking in inbound supplier deliveries and assisting with organisation of the stock whilst being offloaded
- Confidently liaise with colleagues from across the business
- Maintain and update all KPI and reporting for upholstery orders and customers
- To provide effective support to Assistant Transport Manager & Manager to ensure constant improvement in all areas of the operation.
- Processing of department returns for upholstery orders
- To ensure H&S requirements are always maintained.
- Preparation and participation in team meetings and other meetings as required.
- Must be responsible & trustworthy.

**Qualifications and Experience required**:

- PC literate
- Excel literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Previous experience with SAGE 50
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent problem solving skills.

**Working hours**:
09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday

**Pay Rate**:
£11P/H

This is role is on a temp to perm 13 week basis.

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wednesbury: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
