Administrator - Site Based

**What do we do? **Komfort divide spaces by designing and manufacturing internal glazed and solid partitions with integrated door sets.
**Who are we looking for?** We are currently looking for an experienced **Administrator** to join our friendly team based in WS10.
**What will the role involve**:
- Raise PO’s for each order
- Update shop floor works order tickets
- Assist warehouse with dispatch paperwork
- Assist Senior Planning Coordinator
- Meet / greet site visitors
- General office duties (EG filing, printing and scanning)
- Any other duties as and when required to ensure all operations departments are supported
**Skills / Knowledge**
- 1 Years’ experience in administration role (_ideally within a manufacturing setting_)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills
