**Experienced Warehouse Admin needed**

365 People are recruiting on behalf of a one of our amazing manufacturing clients for an Warehouse Admin, this is an excellent chance for you to join a company in Wednesbury area that offers solid opportunities for personal development and internal progression.
- Ideally have some knowledge of Warehousing and the distribution administration process
- Be confident in the use of a computer, which preferably includes Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word and Excel;
- Demonstrate high attention to detail;
- Have the confidence and ability to communicate and interact at all levels within the organisation and as necessary with customers/suppliers

**Duties will include**:

- **Shipping of Sales Order process on the in-house data base**:

- Admin of customer delivery notes
- Liaison with Accounts and General Sales Teams
- Liaison with third party carriers regarding proof of delivery evidence
- Investigate stock issues and assist as required with stock take
- Store and retrieve Driver/vehicle records
- Plan and conduct racking inspections to the required schedule
- Monitor, control and order Warehouse workwear, Personal Protective equipment and safety equipment
- Assist with labelling of parts
- Monitor and control Warehouse consumables

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: From £11.03 per hour
