We are an outstanding property services and business consulting company based in Staffordshire. We are constantly growing and adapting to new market and client needs. Our main services support the Lettings industry and include property Inventories, Inspections, and Check-outs, but we also provide Photography, Floor plans, Virtual tours, PAT testing, Legionella Risk Assessments and more.

We cover Staffordshire, Cheshire and Derbyshire but the majority of your work will be in Staffordshire (Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme and other surrounding areas) and therefore a transport vehicle is needed. You will be mainly field-based spending time inside properties to conduct your role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting Property Inventories and Check-outs
- Property visits (Inspections) at tenanted properties
- Health & Safety Compliance checks and recording maintenance issues.
- Communicating and coordinating with different clients

**What you will offer us**:

- Driving license and the use of your own car
- IT skills (use of mobile phones, tablets and other devices to conduct your work)
