**Essential Skills/Experience/Qualification Required**:

- Engineering degree or similar qualification
- Testing and development experience within the automotive industry
- Previous experience working with data acquisition equipment
- Adaptable and keen to develop and progress within a growing business

**Development Engineer**
- Identifying, clarifying, and translating customer requirements into performance and testing criteria
- Planning workflows for development stages of projects and constructing a work breakdown structure.
- Installing and operating instrumentation and data acquisition tools
- Plan, develop and conduct physical and virtual tests
- Writing documents for targets and requirements in addition to compiling technical reports.
- Reviewing, maintaining and updating documentation within the quality department to adhere to ISO standards.
- Creating and maintaining test procedure documentation
- Setting up, operating, calibrating and maintaining test equipment and software
- Develop and deliver engineering processes, procedures, guides and work instructions
- Communicating with external contacts including other departments, universities and research institutes

**Development Engineer**
**Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualification Required**:

- Motorsport experience
- Trackside R&D experience would be ideal
- Experience in full vehicle and suspension kinematic architectures would be advantageous
