You’ll be totally flexible in your approach and comfortable in undertaking a broad range of activities. This means not limiting your time and focus on one particular element of your role. - Answering customer calls into our contact centre

**What you’ll bring.**
- Proven ability to deliver an outstanding consultative customer experience having explored a customer’s needs
- Excellent listening, numeracy skills and communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
- You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

- Effective team working skills with a flexible, can-do approach to work
- Openness to a broad range of activities, even if outside of standard expectations

**What else you need to know.**

This role is based in Bridgwater Branch.

This is a part-time role and the working hours will be 21 hours per week, between the hours of Monday - Saturday, 8am - 6pm.
