Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity to join our fast and dynamic team at TGS Outdoors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with booking in stock and stock taking
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with general administrative duties as assigned

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a part-time position and training will be provided. We offer opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization. If you are a motivated individual with strong administrative skills, we encourage you to apply.

A usual work week would be approximately 15-20 hours a week (Tuesday
- Friday).

However working hours are flexible, and opportunity for extra hours where possible.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
