- Friday 8.30am
- 5pm

Role/Duties
- Maintain complete purchase ledger process including placing orders and processing invoices.
- Maintain sales ledger from point invoice is created by the sales dept to cash collection.
- Reconciliation of both sales and purchase ledgers to general accounts ledger.
- Preparation of VAT returns and reconciliation to general ledger.
- Processing of cash book payments to suppliers.
- Processing of receipts in the cashbook and reconciliation to bank transfers from Credit Card Company.
- Processing of fixed asset journals (depreciation) for monthly accounts.
- Processing of standard journals for monthly accounts
- Processing of transactions within the General ledger to final trial balance status.
- Maintaining accurate stock records for finished goods, parts and packing materials
- Maintaining stock control system and reordering spares and materials in line with stock settings
