We’re looking for a permanent part time (26 hours) Customer Care Advisor to join our lovely Bromsgrove team. The hours of this role are:
Monday 1-7
Wednesday 8-5
Thursday 8-3
Friday 1-7
Weekend rota (4 hour shift on a Saturday OR Sunday every 6 weeks, more details can be given at interview)
Daily duties include:
- Greeting clients in reception, taking payments, booking appointments, dispensing medication
- Taking calls
- Supporting the practice with administrative tasks
- Warm and friendly
- Strong IT skills
- Flexible to assist with occasional holiday cover at all branches
- Organised
- Resilient in difficult situations
- A team player
No previous veterinary experience needed, our supportive team will provide you with all necessary training.
