Carlton le Willows are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our academy in September 2024, on a temporary, part time basis.

**Your new role**
We have an exciting opportunity at Carlton le Willows Academy for an experienced Teaching Assistant to support students in our Key Stage 3 and 4 Enhanced Provision Unit.
-In this crucial role, you will play a key part in supporting our EPU students in achieving outstanding academic outcomes, while also supporting their wellbeing and welfare. You will work closely with our dedicated team to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment tailored to the individual needs of each student.
-Our EPU caters to a maximum of 16 students, using a tailored, individualised approach to meet the unique needs of those who cannot access mainstream education full-time. Our students are highly capable and motivated to succeed. The EPU provides a supportive and structured environment where students can thrive academically and personally.

Across the board 76% of pupils achieved grade 4+ in five or more GCSEs and our progress score was +0.2 placing us above similar schools nationally.
