Our platform manages various school services, from breakfast and after-school clubs to trips and parents' evenings. Additionally, it provides private childcare providers with the tools they need to efficiently manage clubs and holiday activities. We're passionate about providing the right tools and technology to simplify operations and streamline bookings, admin, and communication.

**Job Summary**

As a B2B Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness and engagement among our target audience of schools and childcare providers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies tailored to the unique needs of our B2B clients, monitoring and participating in industry events, and collaborating with clients to create impactful brand stories that showcase the value of MagicBooking.

The role is **mostly remote**, but the team meets every other month in central London.

**Rsponsibilities**
- Develop and execute social media strategies to elevate our brand presence and engage with schools and childcare providers and help us reach pipeline targets.
- Maintain our customer communications calendar, working closely with our Support, Product and Sales teams
- Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their needs and create compelling brand stories that highlight the benefits of our products.
- Monitor and actively participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops relevant to the EdTech sector to promote our SaaS solutions effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, educational technology advancements, and social media best practices to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyse metrics and feedback to measure the success of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

**In your first 6 months, we expect you to**
- Take the lead in developing and implementing our customer marketing programme, crafting campaigns that are imaginative and achieve high conversion rates.
- Lead the creation and execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and boosting brand engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with schools, childcare providers, and other stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical mindsetto interpret data, identify patterns and adapt campaigns and comminication accordingly
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities in the EdTech market.
- Proven track record of successfully executing B2B marketing campaigns, preferably within the SaaS or EdTech industry.
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms commonly used in the EdTech sector.

Pay: £37,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
