Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide crucial support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position.

**Duties**:

- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Answer phone calls
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Outlook for document creation and collaboration
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including typing speed of at least 50 words per minute

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

**Salary**: £19,950.00-£20,680.00 per year
