**1st Line Service Desk Analyst**

We are based in York based company, who are looking for an enthusiastic and focused 1st Line IT Service Desk Analyst to join our IT Service Desk team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is very passionate about developing within an IT supportenvironment while delivering excellent customer service.
- Salary - 22k
- Based - York & Hybrid working

- Windows Server/Office 365/Active Directory

**Role Overview**
- The 1st Line Service Desk role involves dealing with a high volume of inbound calls and working efficiently to tight SLAs while providing an extensive level of customer service whilst maintaining professionalism at all times. As the first point of contactfor IT issues, you will be using your amazing understanding of IT, excellent communication and administration skills to resolve their problem at the first point of contact or log their incident and assign it through to one of the other IT teams who can help.

**Role Requirements**
- 1st line experience
- Managing user accounts in Active Directory
- Working in large scale, multi-site environments
- Experience working to and reporting against SLAs
- Windows 10 support in a domain environment
- VPN troubleshooting & support experience

**Desirables**
- Hardware & peripherals troubleshooting
- Software troubleshooting & support
- Office 2016 support & administration
- Active Directory knowledge of DHCP/DNS/Group Policy
- Supporting users on Exchange 2016 or above
- Windows Server
