Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Perform administrative tasks such as coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for our employees.

Maintain and update company records, including minutes taking, legal documents, and contracts.

Handle incoming calls and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties as needed.

Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.

Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

Act as a liaison between the company's management team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
