**Key Focus**:
The supply chain co-ordinator is responsible for accurate and timely daily transactional input into the company ERP system for all purchases and stock related activities, and therefore requires understanding of the importance of accurate data entry and record keeping. The role requires a well organised, methodical approach, and must remain flexible to meet company requirements and deadlines. Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with all other departments within the company are essential to ensure company requirements are met. The role is procedure driven, ensuring procedures are followed with queries escalating to management for resolution where required.

**This role will report to**:
Head of Supply Chain
- Processing all transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Raising queries where appropriate and ensuring resolutions are applied.
- Organising and maintaining Procurement and Stock control files and information in a well-structures and accessible manner.
- Accurate transactional input, data maintenance, and record keeping.
- Adhering to procedures and workflows ensuring that the Supply Chain function is always performing to meet the requirements of the company.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Taking ownership of selected tasks assigned by Head of Supply Chain.
- Assist with the onboarding of new vendors.
- Creating and submitting Purchase Orders, accurately and on time with suppliers.
- Submission of new warehouse SKU codes requests.
- Ensure Company authorisation processes are adhered to.
- Liaising with suppliers regarding delivery dates and communicate with warehouse.
- Updating the ERP system in a timely and accurate fashion and producing reports.
- Administration of contracts and supplier information on Onedrive.
- Warehouse administration
- Any Ad-hoc tasks and duties as required.

General:

- Updating data against KPIs’.
- Streamlining and improving various processes and reports.
- Supporting the Head of Supply Chain and Warehouse Manager with ad-hoc projects.
- Ensuring the Supply Chain delivers best value for the company.

**Person Spec**:
**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular, (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas) and ability to present the results in a structured and informed manner.
- Experience in fluid hands-on environment, either in start-ups or in a fast-growing SME.
- Methodical, procedure driven, well organised.
- Ability to prioritise.
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Good communication skills.
- Problem solving.
- Flexible attitude.
- Focused on continuous process improvement.
- Be an ambassador for Jurassic-Fibre.

**Desirable skills & Attributes**:

- Experience using an ERP system is favourable. Microsoft Dynamics experience would be an Asset.
- Basic understanding of technical terms.
- Understanding of Accounting concepts.
- Procurement related qualifications would be an asset.
- Previous supply chain experience
