The Buyer will be responsible for expertly sourcing, procuring and managing inventory of high-quality products. This individual will work closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and high standards.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented General eCommerce Buyer to join our fast-paced procurement team. As the General eCommerce Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in curating and sourcing a wide variety of products that cater to our diverse customer base. Your expertise in supplier relationships, market trends, and online retail strategies will contribute to Keplin Group Limited's success in the e-commerce landscape.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies that align with Keplin Group Limited's e-commerce objectives and customer preferences.
- Source, evaluate, and establish relationships with domestic and international suppliers, negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure optimal product quality, pricing, and availability.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and innovations in the e-commerce landscape.
- Analyse sales data, customer reviews, and competitive offerings to inform product selection and assortment decisions, ensuring a well-rounded product portfolio.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from supplier selection and product evaluation to order placement, inventory management, and fulfilment.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and sales performance, optimising stock levels for efficient order fulfilment.
- Evaluate supplier performance, conduct quality checks on product samples, and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical sourcing practices to ensure responsible sourcing and product integrity.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, driving collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement in product quality and availability.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align product offerings with promotional campaigns, ensuring effective merchandising and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in buying or purchasing
- Experience buying and dealing with factories is preferable
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers.
- Proficiency in trend analysis, market research, and the ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments and with external partners.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and project management capabilities.
- Passion for travel and a keen eye for design and innovation in the luggage industry.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and ethical sourcing within the consumer goods sector.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving business environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
