- The PMO Administrator role is someone that can support the Project Management team in running the day-to-day admin.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the role**
- Dealing with the processing of new work orders (both project, and ad-hoc)
- Initiation of new projects: initial customer contact and pre-kick off activities
- Supporting the PMO Lead with resource management and admin tasks.
- Scheduling of ad-hoc work and co-ordination and communication with customers and Account Managers.
- Management of small customer engagements and internal projects; ensuring project requirements, scope and objectives are identified and defined. Then monitor and track project’s progress and support the handling of any issues that arise.
- Act as a pre
- and post-go-live liaison for our Enhanced Support clients, working with them to ensure they are confident and happy with Azzure.
- Support the Delivery Team in their ongoing projects, including the allocation of resources and communication of project plans.

**Requirements**:
If you have previous experience of working in a role where you have developed strong customer service, prioritisation and administrative skills then you will be the kind of person that we are looking for. As an am ambassador for Azzure IT, both externally with our Clients, Partners and Prospects, and equally internally within Azzure to your colleagues and peers you will have strong communication skills - both verbal and written, a professional manner and dedication and focus to resourcing against projects.
