We have a fantastic opportunity for an established Sixth Form Learning Support and Future Pathways Leader looking to take the next step in their career in supporting staff and student within the Sixth form team. You will be passionate about education and how you can use your skills and experience to challenge and support students to achieve. We are looking for a committed individual: someone who will go above and beyond to ensure the students in their care are given every opportunity to be successful. Our students have a thirst for learning and with your ability to develop independence and resilience, we will continue embed outstanding outcomes for every single student.

You will have the ability to support the growth of Sixth form and a passion for raising standards and encouraging students to be the best they can be in developing students for life after years 12 and 13.
