We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Product Procurement Specialist to join our Private Sales and Auction team. Memento Exclusives is the leading provider of high-end memorabilia and manufacturing, working in partnership with F1, UFC, MotoGP and more. With a dedication to quality and authenticity, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and experiences to our customers, celebrating the excitement and passion of Formula 1 racing and other sports.
- **About The Role**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Build and maintain relationships with a network of enthusiasts, collectors, and suppliers
- Identify and procure rare items suitable for private sales and auction
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess market demand and pricing trends
- Negotiate purchasing terms, pricing, and delivery logistics with sellers and suppliers
- Ensure the authenticity and quality of acquired products
- Manage inventory and documentation related to procured items
- Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and collector preferences
- Will have proven experience in product procurement, ideally within the sports memorabilia or luxury goods industry
- Has an extensive network of contacts within the enthusiast and collector community
- Possesses strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Showcases an excellent understanding of product authenticity and provenance
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently and proactively
- Has knowledge of auction processes and market dynamics (desirable)
- Has a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Pay: Up to £50,000.00 per year
