The Internal Communications Team tell the stories of the people that make New Look. Through our 6 principles of inform, educate, excite, inspire, challenge, and treat, we’re able to showcase the very best of our people

In this team, you’ll play a vital role in co-ordinating communications across a range of platforms (including MailChimp, Runway, Microsoft Teams), helping to support our comms campaigns such as business updates, project launches, or team profiling and you’ll be making sure our planning framework and calendar is packed full of great stories to share

This is an ideal position for someone who has a great passion for storytelling and wants to learn and grow in an exciting industry. This role is a mixture of communication administration, copywriting, and creative thinking.

**_Responsibilities:_**
- Oversee the Internal Communications Calendar, capturing all key dates and activities across the business (including internal, external, and corporate events) and working on projects at least 2 months in advance of activity
- Maintain team administration, such as comms requests, reporting and analytics, helping us to shape future strategies.
- Keeping the Comms team and wider stakeholder on course with deadlines
- Discover and build key content from a wide variety of sources from across the business and helping to create copy in written, audio and video styles
- Support in proof and editing of key copy, audio and video content
- Passion for a wide variety of communication (sales, business updates, leadership messaging, day in the life stories etc.)
- Supporting all key archiving documentation, including how to guides and process updates Supporting in-person events at our London or Weymouth Support Centres or Stoke On Trent DC as required

- Exceptional written skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, concise and ‘friendly’ information
- Great people skills, with confidence in dealing with stakeholders at various levels
- Eye for detail with great organisational skills too
- Ability to write to specific audiences or brand voice
- Ability to create and edit video content desirable, but not essential
