**£29,000 OTE (Basic salary £20,000 plus bonus and commission)**

**About the role**

As one of our fantastic Contact Experience Advisors you’ll be a vital part of what we do here at RRG Group. Representing The RRG Group, you will provide excellent standards of service to our customers and potential customers You’ll be based in our Contact Centre at our Head Office in Salford Quays. We offer free parking within walking distance. Don’t drive? We are just minutes away from bus rail and tram links to all over the Greater Manchester area. As part of the role you will be contacting our customers to gain feedback from their experience and also be handling inbound customer queries. What you will be doing? Carrying out outbound service follow up calls. Handling inbound queries and requests for information from our customers. What we need from you: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Active listening skills. Patience and the ability to remain calm. Excellent interpersonal skills. Attention to detail. Team Player. Computer literate. Ability to use initiative.

Full time working hours of 37.5 hours per week between 0800 - 1800 Monday to Friday and alternative Saturdays between 0900 - 1300.
