**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- As a Sales Support Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- Working with our B2B partners on a day to day basis
- Going the extra mile to ensure our agents and customers' needs are met
- Support the management to meet with and surpass sales targets
- Provide an offline booking service which support our on-line booking platform
- Perform a daily booking audit to ensure all bookings are compliant with company procedures ensuring all discrepancies are reported via appropriate channels
- Raising and dispatch of invoices and travel documents to agents ensuring where appropriate that 3rd party items are received in ample time prior to travel
- Assisting with any department tasks and business opportunities that may arise on an ad-hoc basis
- Help with training plans and offering training support to our agents
- Monitor competitors activity and provide market intelligence where required

**EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in Tour Operations or a similar retail travel role desired but not compulsory
- Have experience in a customer service, sales or admin role
- A passion and enthusiasm for Travel and Holidays
- Be a problem solver with a can do attitude, so experience in customer service would be desired
- Excellent administrative skills with high levels of attention to detail
- A natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with agents, customers and colleagues to offer support and guidance both verbally and written
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office software

**PACKAGE**:
This position comes with a competitive starting salary of £19k pa - £20k pa dependent on experience and a wide range of benefits that make this a really lovely company to work for. It includes discounts with it's sister brands as well as on holidays andan annual profit share. The role is Mon
- Fri office hours with a rota for Saturday and a day off in lieu and hybrid working is available after training.
