Overall Objective: To assist in the smooth running of conferences, events and matchday hospitality at the Stadium

As a conference and events host at Wakefield Trinity, you will have the unique opportunity to create memorable experiences for our clients, guests and fans. Your friendly and welcoming nature will charm customers, while your attention to detail and problem-solving abilities will ensure that everything runs seamlessly.
**Responsibilities**
- To assist in delivering conferences and events to the clubs specification.
- To ensure that all instructions set out by team leaders and supervisors are met.
- To ensure that all event agendas and event briefs are met.
- To ensure all customers are served food and drinks as ordered.
- To assist in delivering matchday hospitality.
**Summary of Duties**
- To service conferences and events within the clubs brand new and existing event facilities including setting rooms, serving conferences, clearing tables, waiting tables, bar service, and food delivery.
- To actively work and liaise with others within the department and all other areas of the club to ensure the needs of our customers are met.
- To ensure that events are properly serviced and refreshments are delivered within agreed event agendas.
- To adhere to all Club Standards, policies and procedures including hygiene and health and safety, and legislation around licensing and food safety.
- To ensure that relevant information is passed onto team leaders, supervisors, and managers.
- To actively resolve any customer queries or issues and report these to the line manager.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wakefield, WF1 5EY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Event Management: 1 year (preferred)
