**Facilities Coordinator**

Gleeson Recruitment Group are proud to be supporting a global brand, in their newly refurbished HQ based in Birmingham City Centre, who are seeking an Facilities Coordinator. Reporting directly into the Global Workplace Manager this role plays a pivotalpart in the running of the day-to-day office responsibilities.
**Your Role**:

- You will be the first point of contact with the Birmingham workplace
- Responsible for the onsite Workplace Management, Facilities Management and Helpdesk inbox
- Thorough data entry
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with all facilities service providers
- Complete and record daily building inspections, documenting and resolving any issues found

**Experience / Skills required**:

- Proactive
- Attention to detail
- Ability to offer solutions
- Experience with work scheduling
- Excellent communication skills
- Health and Safety qualification
- Team Player

**Job offer**:

- 40 hours - Monday to Friday
- Location - Birmingham City Centre
- Office Based
- Salary - up to £25,000
