The Opportunity

We're looking for a Sets and Props Coordinator, to join our Broadcast Construction and Maintenance team, here at our Multi-Media centre in Chiswick Park.

Your Impact

As Set and Props Coordinator you role will be to ensure the efficient delivery, storage and retrieval of all QVC owned and vendor related props to fulfil demand across all platforms.

You will asses and manage the studio and prop maintenance schedule, deliver and retrieve items from the props inventory for on air and alternative media presentation (including promotions, marketing events, Multi-channel and web requirements) maintaining a high level of vigilance, accuracy and completion.
- To manage under instruction of Sets & Props Manager/Prop Master all vendor storage requirements.
- To deal with the logistics regarding delivery and return of guest presenters and vendors demonstration props and materials.
- To be responsive to all props and set related demands arising from the live nature of our Broadcasts
- To ensure all sets and props are maintained and health & safety adherent.

What You Bring
- A working knowledge of warehouse operations and the upkeep of electronic inventory.
- Some experience in maintenance and repairs
- Some experience in carpentry and construction
- Some experience in painting and finishing
- Knowledge in and experience of workshop and workshop safety practices.
- Working knowledge of current Health & Safety/First Aid procedure and its reporting
