**WHO ARE WE ?**
Piccolo Nursery is a small family run nursery. We care for up to 52 children each day ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years of age. We are passionate about delivering a loving and child centred approach and take great pride in training and developing our staff team to deliver the highest possible standard of care.
**WHY PICCOLO ?**
*At Piccolo we believe that our staff are our biggest asset and our best resource and we want to ensure they know this. This ethos is reflected in our day to day approach through various 'perks' and bonus schemes.
*We believe that a work life balance is essential for everyone and as a result we close from the 23rd December till the 5th January. This allows our staff to be with their families and loved ones at Christmas time which is something we all felt strongly about. In addition to this the nursery is closed on Easter Monday and September Monday.
*The health and wellbeing of our staff team is of the upmost importance to us and we recently made the decision to offer Gym Memberships/ Private Health Care for our team.
*Our staff all receive a discount should they wish to use the nursery for their own children.
*Hold an HNC or SVQ level 3 qualification in Early Education and Childcare.
*Experience in delivering Curriculum for Excellence and Pre-Birth to Three is required and a working knowledge of all other relevant documentation.
