Plant Administrator

We are looking for a Plant Administrator to fulfil a role in a busy environment. This role offers you great potential for progression within an established, successful UK company with multiple offices around the UK.
**The role will require you to**:
- Carry out general administration tasks to support the team
- Inputting data, uploading orders, running reports, updating supplier lists, completing documents and other tasks as required
- Liaising with Managers
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Filing, scanning, archiving, word processing
- Any other duties as reasonably required
**Requirements**:
- Previous administration experience
- Good PC skills and knowledge of MS Office
- Great planning and organisation skills
- Be confident and able to work on your own initiative
- Be able to speak to customers, clients and managers
- Have an excellent phone manner
- Be able to work as part of small team within a large company
**Qualifications**:
- GCSE English and Maths
- NVQ L3 Administration would be desirable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
