Job Summary
Administration of holiday booking procedure and absence leave requests
- Management of the Buying & Selling Annual Leave scheme
- Maintaining the time & attendance system and ensuring working hours are correct ready for payroll deadlines
- Processing fortnightly payroll and confirming agency staff payments
- Supporting in any payroll prep as necessary
- Advising on general payroll and HR related queries from all staff
- In the absence of the Payroll Coordinator, processing relevant payroll runs
- Assisting with the recruitment process; including advertising roles, shortlisting, interviewing & selection and producing new hire paperwork when required
- Planning and delivering inductions as necessary
- Managing employee records and systems
- Absence Management and issuing relevant paperwork
- Assisting with any general ad hoc payroll & HR projects and tasks as required
