**16 HOURS PER WEEK (TUES+WED)**

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of client payrolls.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process payroll on a weekly and monthly basis, including data entry, calculation of wages, and deductions.
- Respond to Client queries regarding payroll matters.
- Prepare payroll reports for Clients as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
- Assist with year-end payroll activities.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
- Good knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.

On the job training will be provided. This is a great opportunity to work alongside an ex CIPP tutor and gain valuable knowledge and experience.

The Salary is pro rata based on hours/days worked.

Initially working onsite but following training may be required to work from home on occasion.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 per week
