**About the role**

We have an opportunity at our Wellingborough site for a part 25 hour Assistant within our Customer Service team.In this position, you will work as part of the Customer Service team and you will be responsible for receiving, logging and responding to allcustomer calls, dealing with enquiries, admin, claims and general queries and issues.

**Role Responsibility**

Ensuring an appropriate resolution in an effective, efficient manner, within the agreed timeframe and to the required standard

Offering full customer service support to both caterers and retailers

Logging all Claims, queries and issues, ensuring all calls are dealt with efficiently and effectively

Communicating clearly to customers, showing empathy and working to build a trusting relationship

Taking responsibility and ownership for claims, issues, queries and their resolution, ensuring service and standards are met

Resolving queries where possible or if necessary, escalate issues to appropriate departments

Escalating issues to the CST Manager, if appropriate action is not taken

**You will need**

.To be successful in this role your skills and qualifications will include;
Previous experience within a contact or call centre environment would be highly regarded

Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations

Ability to plan, prioritise and approach each issue in a structured manner

Ability to take ownership of problems through resolutions

Some experience in a catering / retail customer service role is desirable

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent in Maths and English

Able to live and demonstrate the Booker values
