A privately owned, nationwide firm of commercial property consultants are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their flagship Cambridge office.

For the successful Senior Building Surveyor, this will be a balanced project/professional services role, where you will carry out the full-remit of traditional building surveying duties ranging from pre-acquisition surveys, condition surveys, technical duediligence, through to project delivery.

As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you will be joining an already existing team of 10 other Surveyors and an office of other mixed professionals. With Seniority comes responsibility, and you will be expected to have a supportive and hands on approach inthe daily management and overseeing of junior staff members. There is continuous growth opportunity, with ability to work up to directorship.

**The Successful Senior Building Surveyor?**
- MRICS
- BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or other RICS accredited degree
- Experience working in a commercially driven environment
- A team player mentality with a willingness to develop and learn new skills
- Previous management or APC training experience (not essential)
- Strong communication and ability to be client facing
- Have a good market knowledge and BS services understanding
- Be diligent and have excellent self-management/time management
