RWE Offshore Wind is one of the world's largest power producers from offshore wind power and a global driver of the energy transition. Due to the constant expansion of our renewable generation capacities, we need many new skilled employees - and this is where you come in. As an intern in our Talent Acquisition Team UK & Ireland, you will have the opportunity to support our international Talent Acquisition Experts in their daily recruiting work. By collaborating with stakeholders on a global level, you will learn how our organisation operates and how to search, identify and hire talent. In doing so, you will make a valuable contribution to the success of the team and our extensive growth strategy.

**Your future plans**
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Experts along the entire end-to-end recruitment value chain (from sourcing to hiring)
- Creation of meaningful and attractive job advertisements as well as their posting on target group-oriented Internet portals and channels and the associated support of the relevant HR systems
- Support the organisation and administration of global Onboarding sessions
- Support of various recruiting projects, possibly own responsibility for smaller projects
- Administrative support in correspondence (e.g. coordination of appointments and interviews)

**Your Profile**
- Ideally first practical experience in the field of HR or administration/organisation through internships or first-hand experience activities
- High level of initiative, reliability, and high organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Professional communication skills and a confident manner
- Proven MS Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new IT tools You enjoy modern HR work in an international company and team at the core of the energy transition
