We have been running for 15+ Years now and work in partnership with the DMBC to deliver care to the elderly of Doncaster in their own homes.

**Job Title: Care Assistant**

You will be working alone in the area you choose on the days you have told us to rota you. **We prioritise continuity of care and building relationships so you and our service users feel comfortable.**

**Duties**:

- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

**Skills**:

- Compassionate and caring nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Patience and empathy when dealing with individuals with physical or cognitive impairments
