We are currently recruiting for a full-time Social Media Coordinator to join the T H WHITE Group Marketing team on a fixed term basis, to cover maternity leave for up to a year. We are seeking a digital/social marketer with a good foundation in social media principles and has either specialised in social/digital studies or begun to build a career in this area. We use websites, social channels, events, digital and print communications, plus mobile and fixed signage and word of mouth to reach our audiences. We consider ourselves innovators in the machinery dealer and engineering space and are seeking a Social Media expert to join our team. This role’s primary focus is on a number of business divisions: Agriculture, Dairy, Groundcare, Country Store & Garden Machinery. It will also involve overseeing Construction social media via a freelancer and management of recruitment paid activity across all Group divisions.

**Hours**: Full time, 39 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5.30pm, Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, with flexibility to meet customer demand.

**Location**:Our branch in Devizes, Wiltshire with flexibility considered in Knockdown (Glos) or Marlborough (Wilts) _Infrequent travel required between 10 branch locations in our trading territory and selected events throughout the year._

**Day to day duties will include**:

- **Social Media (posting, monitoring and activation)**_
- Managing social posting across c.20 social channels in the Group
- Understanding our own and competitor social landscapes (Dealer and Manufacturer)
- Scheduling social media links to stock offers, supplier stories, product launches and people stories off the back of our customer eshots
- Monitoring message boxes, replying to tags and comments, and redirecting enquiries
- Developing post ideas to increase engagement using the channel features available.
- **Social Media advertising**_
- Using Facebook/Instagram and LinkedIn paid platforms to build social media advertising campaigns
- Supporting the Groupwide recruitment calendar with paid social campaigns. Preparing creative for job role posts and publishing these targeting specific job segments.
- Monitoring and reporting analytics on social media campaigns and make recommendations
- **Website content management**_
- Periodically expanding posts and content received with a more in-depth supporting story. Writing and uploading such content to our WordPress Digital news site for sharing via both social media and our customer eshots
- Providing support to the Marketing team as and when required to amend and update website page content
- As required, build landing pages and enquiry forms to use in conjunction with social media and other marketing activity to gather enquiries.
- **Merchandise & Event Support**_
- Attending events to film, and photograph footage for social media sharing
- Managing central event assets - tracking loans and returns of stock
- Maintaining and replenishing merchandise stock, sourcing new items where applicable.
- **General Marketing & Administration**_
- Weekly invoice processing, google ad invoice processing
- Being a brand champion who is efficient in deploying our brand guidelines
- Supporting the Marketing team in analysing marketing measurements and providing the right advice and recommendations from data findings relating to social media.

**The ideal applicant**:
We are looking for an individual who:

- has recent working experience of all major social platforms - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
- has experience of META Ads Manager and evidence of creating/running Facebook and LinkedIn adverts to target segments (self-build, not via agencies)
- has demonstrable marketing and social marketing experience
- has experience of implementing and measuring paid social media campaigns
- is a good communicator with the ability to effectively articulate views and draft engaging content with a good command of English
- is well organised with experience of managing deadlines and handling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Full UK Driving Licence due to the travel involved in this role. Some of our depots are in rural locations.
