**Social Media Content Creator**

Working within a fast-paced and incredibly varied content marketing role, you will be responsible for social media content creation across multiple in-house brands in the health sector. We have big aspirations for growth across all the brands so this is an exciting time to join the group.

**About Us**

We are a group of nutritional supplement brands based in Wiltshire. We have three brands, Metabolics, Nutristrength and Motion Nutrition.

Metabolics has been a leading manufacturer of quality food supplements for over 30 years. We believe in quality ingredients and use as few additives as possible so that our customers can be confident in what they are putting into their bodies.

Nutristrength is a manufacturer of lifestyle nutrition, producing superior protein powders and food products to support a healthy and active lifestyle.

Motion Nutrition is all about making people feel good, we help people to have deeper sleep, less stress and more energy through our products.

**Role**

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to create social first content across our three brands; Metabolics, Nutristrength and Motion Nutrition. This would include TikToks, Instagram posts/stories/reels, and assets for paid social.

We are looking for someone passionate and ambitious to help us with our growth plans.

You will work closely with the individual brand Marketing Managers to deliver social media content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

This is a very unique opportunity for someone that loves social media and would like the freedom to carve out a social media presence for three different brands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce TikTok and Instagram plans for social-first content
- Film and edit interesting and on-trend creative content - primarily TikTok videos and Instagram Reels
- Create professional, eye catching and interesting social media content
- Understand and follow a brief but also come up with new content suggestions
- Be up to date with the latest Social Media guidelines and best practices

**Essential Requirements**:

- Proficient at shooting video and editing for social channels to a professional standard
- Ability to work independently and use initiative as well as be a part of a small team
- Solid organisational and time management skills
- Ability to follow a brief from the individual brand marketing teams
- To have great people skills, be able to work with other content creators and manage user-generated content
- Have a good understanding of the health and wellness industry
- A good understanding and knowledge of Social Media platforms especially Instagram & TikTok, with social media being a fast-moving industry, you must be able to keep up to date with algorithm updates and how they impact our content plans
- Enthusiastic & passionate, genuinely caring about your work and wanting to do the absolute best you can
- A creative mind, constantly full of ideas about how we can continue to innovate our brands on social and support on content calendars and plans
- Ideally some commercial experience in social content creation but we are also open to entry level if someone has experience of running their own TikTok channel for example
- Have the right to work in the UK.

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
