21 Hours over 3 days a week - Permanent

Shift times: Earlyshift 8am to 15:30 and Late shift 12:30 to 20:00. One in fourweekends (enhancements for weekend work and two days off in the week)

We are looking for an experienced administrator to workclosely with our Wiltshire NHS@Home Virtual Wards service joining amulti-disciplinary team.

The team provide care to the acutely unwell who wouldotherwise be admitted to hospital, but for whom short-term treatment at homewould be a better option. Treatment will include face-to-face assessment, care,and monitoring, with daily consultant-led virtual multidisciplinary team (MDT)reviews for each patient.

Main duties of the job

The NHS@Home Coordinator role will include liaisonwith our Community Teams, Urgent crisis response and our Acute partnersproviding coordinated administration for a virtual ward model. The work willinclude arranging and coordinating admission to the virtual ward, coordinationof patient daily reviews and writing upthe outcome of appointments and booking future sessions. To undertake other routine administrativetasks as required (, note taking, formal minute taking, meeting roombooking, document scanning, filing, document formatting, assisting the with therota, ordering, photocopying, etc). Experience of working in a healthcare settingwith SystmOne is essential.

Recent experience relevant to role Excellent all round knowledge of Microsoft Office Comprehensive knowledge of office procedures Previous administrative experience at a senior level Experience of working with minimal supervision Experience of multi-tasking and prioritising workProven ability to work with colleagues across health and social care. Basic knowledge of NHS practices, aims, goals etc Experience in a similar senior role An understanding of the structure for the delivery for primary health care services

Access to aa vehicle that can be used for business purposes, hold a full and valid driving licence.

Administrative experience, within a healthcare setting. Educated to A level standard/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent RSA Stage III or equivalent in typewriting/word processing or audio transcription, or equivalent demonstrable skills
