Location: Devizes HQ, with home working options
Hours: Full time - 37 hours per week
Status: Permanent

**Salary**: £25,245 per annum, rising to £25,899 per annum, rising to £26,004 per annum in two annual increments.
About the Role:

This role will act as the first point of contact for all areas of generalist HR matters. The main functions are:

- Provide customer service to our staff by responding to first line enquiries, including understanding, investigating and resolving queries and providing support and training in our processes.
- Supporting the attendance management process
- Coordination of employee relations HR processes including maternity and parental leave, career breaks, flexible working alongside others.
- Administering our pay progression scheme for Officers
- Maintaining our internal website
- Maintaining all HR systems and files
- Creating and design reports
- Supporting the Assistant HR Business Partners with employee relations matters

About you:

We are looking for people with excellent communication skills who can deal with a variety of situations. You will need to be proactive, dynamic and driven You will need to have the ability to prioritise tasks and have an organised and methodical approach when dealing with a demanding workload.
This is an interesting and varied role, and this role is an integral part of the team.
