- We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to maintain and expand upon Wiltshire Police TRiM service provision. This role requires a clear understanding of policing exposures, procedures and a keen interest in Police related Trauma. The role will require regular and consistent presentations across force to a wide range of departments including delivering statistical data to senior leadership teams quarterly.

The role will also entail managing the TRiM practitioners, ensuring they are actively practicing, being monitored and trained yearly through CPD educational inputs.

The role will be based in Devizes HQ within the Occupational Health department, there is an expectation of closer interprofessional working with key stakeholders within the organisation including health & Safety, wellbeing manager, peer supporters, HR, OHU and learning and development.

The role is creative and requires enthusiasm and self-motivation. An emphasis will be placed on using initiative to progress this service provision alongside other evidenced based services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
You will be closely supervised by Clinical members of staff in Occupational Health and have direct line manager support in developing strategies to develop the service, there is a requirement for clear understanding of escalation processes regarding workplace exposure.

Awareness campaigns are expected, this will involve actively going out to high-risk areas to complete presentations to educate officers and staff on the role for TRUIM and how to access the service.

TRiM is confidential, so a clear understanding of data protection and confidentiality is a necessity.

**Skills and Experience**

Understanding of the policing role exposures is pivotal for the role.

You should have a Grade C or above in GCSE English or equivalent.
You must have excellent interpersonal skills, be well organised and work well under pressure.
You need to be flexible, enjoy working as part of a team, possess excellent communication skills and have an enquiring mind with an attention to detail.
Computer skills are essential to the role; in particular use of Microsoft Office; Excel, Outlook and Word.
Experience of providing customer service in a medical, occupational health or HR environment is desirable although not essential as on the job training will be provided.
