**Responsibilities**:

- You will be an integral part of the investment team, assisting with various critical tasks to ensure the seamless functioning of investment operations.
- Assisting in the maintenance and management of investment portfolios, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Collaborating with senior administrators to facilitate timely and accurate trade processing.
- Preparing investment reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analysing financial data and market trends to support investment decision-making processes.
- Responding to client inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting in compliance-related tasks and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- A basic understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and financial instruments is advantageous.
- Economics/Finance or relevant degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
